Inero’s barrier has been bought by a large number of customers around the world.
MSB 2014-2025
6000 metres of H80 barrier has been bought for preparedness in Sweden and abroad. Training has been carried out regularly under the direction of Inero.
The executed tests include functionality, stability and user-friendliness. The barriers have been used in emergency situations for protecting property from flooding.

Two demonstrations proved successful, 2021 in Paris (see picture above) and Jarnac, 2022. The decision to choose Inero, consisted 70% of Inero's technical advantages.
INERO flood barrier was installed at the Alençon hospital (Orne), along the Sarthe River, January 27, 2025, as the town experienced flooding at its lowest levels.

VÄSTERÅS CITY 2024
Lillåudden was the location where the barrier was installed for the first time for training. A natural choice as the residential area by Lake Mälaren is one of the places with a greater risk of flooding in Sweden.

Doha Education City was launched in 1997 by the Qatar Foundation.The Qatar Foundation’s investment is threatened by climate change. Extreme rains have become more frequent and intense in the famously dry region. This prompted the need for flood protection technology.
Flood Control International LtD
Inero’s British distributor, delivered the flood barriers and hold the first training session with staff from Rochdale Council.The purpose of the barriers is to protect a building in Rochdale Town Centre, situated close to the river Roch which has recurring problems with flood threats.
YSAB 2018
One area where they are looking at tightening the requirements is in Sweden's many oil ports. There has previously been a concrete embankment around the oil tanks, but if this were to fail and allow any leakage through, an additional secondary protective barrier would be needed.
rescue services
Several rescue services in Sweden have used the Inero flood barrier in sharp situations. For example in: Kristianstad, Hultsfred, Jönköping, Uppsala, Medelpad, Mönsterås, Halmstad, Malmö, Östra Götaland, Högsby och Västervik.
EA – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
A large quantity of H100 barrier, including corner sections. The barriers are stored centrally by the logistics company Stobart, for operations throughout the UK. Thousands of EA employees have participated in training sessions. The barrier has been used in real life situations. Tests were carried out by a third independent party, HS Wallingford, and included leakage and wave tests.
IPA floods
An EU financed project where 2800 metre H80 barrier, including corner sections, were bought by six Balkan countries including Turkey. Collective training took place in Germany, in each individual country and as a joint session in Croatia, where over five hundred participants from twelve countries participated in simulated flood scenarios.
The municipality of Jönköping 2014-2016
1500 metre H55 barrier.
Jönköping municipality includes areas which are affected by flooding during times of heavy rainfall. The barrier is stored for fast operations when flooding occurs. Inero collaborates with Jönköping’s fire and rescue services. The barrier has been used in emergency situations on several occasions.
ARIZONA CHemicaL 2014
220 metre H180 barrier including corner sections.
The barrier was out up semi permanently around an oil tank for a period of two years. The barrier acted as additional safety under severe weather conditions.
